What are Tooth Gems? Twinkles tooth gems are a new exciting way to accessorize your smile. They are made of solid gold, real diamonds, and sapphires and feature different shapes and symbols. We offer high-quality Swarowski branded crystals that are made specifically for oral use. They do not contain toxic metals, such as led or nickel, and come in a wide range of colors and sizes. How are they applied? Tooth gems are applied using a dental grade bonding agent, your twinkle is applied just like brace brackets so it’s safe for the teeth.

 

How long will my gem last? Your twinkle can last anywhere from 3-6 months.

 

How much do they cost? Depending on what twinkle you pick, prices can vary. 14k twinkles start at $85 while crystals start at $65. Any additional crystals are $20 a piece.
